This year, an auditor checked whether the quality management system introduced at greenValue was maintained and adequate. The second monitoring audit was again successful.
Employees, partners, and customers can demonstrably rely on a solid corporate structure and working methods that take into account the mechanisms and rules of DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
The QM system supports process structuring, provides an overview and transparency, and helps with daily improvement. Experience gained is incorporated into process evaluation and prevents errors in internal processes and customer orders. The structured processes also make it easier to onboard new employees.
