At the beginning of April 2008, greenValue GmbH was founded, which also took over the operation of the information portal. “Independence is maintained because third parties are not involved in the company under corporate law,” says Managing Director Daniel Kellermann. The other business areas of greenValue GmbH are publishing, marketing and sales consulting for issuers and project searches for institutional investors.
The portal www.greenvalue.de, which specializes exclusively in renewable energy and environmental investments, has offered visitors the new information section “Individual Forestry Projects” for a few days. The background is the increasing number of forestry investments offered as investments and individual investments. “We want our portal to be a reliable information point for investors, consultants, and journalists in this young, promising investment segment,” says D. Kellermann, explaining the change.
The international project exchange is scheduled to go online in the middle of this year. The new portal aims to pool global demand and supply for projects in all energy and environmental areas. The plan is to categorize it into at least three project implementation phases, from the pure idea to the turnkey project. greenValue operates one of the largest independent information portals for renewable energy investments and projects. On the portal, visitors can find current overviews of investments, profit participation rights, and individual projects in the areas of wind, photovoltaics, bioenergy, biofuels, geothermal energy, and forestry. You can also go to the providers’ websites to find information about the offers. greenValue is neither a financial advisor nor an agent; the sale of fund shares or the valuation of funds is excluded.
Website operators can integrate the neutral information tables through a cooperation program and give visitors an overview of current offers. Journalists and media representatives can download the information tables in a protected area.
