Since its foundation in 2002, greenValue has been dedicated to renewable energies. The company started as an independent information portal for investments in the renewable energy sector. Subsequently, greenValue worked as a consultant on projects in almost all green energy segments. In 2008, founder and Managing Director Daniel Kellermann and his team took over the project management for the construction of photovoltaic and biogas projects on behalf of clients. “By 2021, we had also helped to build five biogas plants with biogas upgrading,” says Kellermann happily. “The project management not only included the coordination of various trades. The clients also entrusted us with the contract negotiations and coordination with the approval authorities.”
Today, services in mergers and acquisitions are also a business area. This means that greenValue examines energy projects for sale, such as biogas plants, assesses the technical and economic opportunities and risks, and is involved in transferring the company to the new owner.
The Nuremberg-based service provider is also involved in projects that liquefy biomethane, as liquefied natural gas (LNG) has the advantage that it can be easily transported and can therefore be used in the industrial and transportation sectors. However, greenValue GmbH is also active beyond the biogas sector. For example, it is involved in large-scale projects to produce green hydrogen from wind energy.

The quality management system following DIN EN ISO 9001-2015 is monitored annually, 100% of the electricity comes from regional hydropower, the company works exclusively digitally and enables employees to work remotely.
