[Schwaig b. Nuremberg, February 3, 2020] greenValue, the information and consulting company based in Schwaig near Nuremberg, is successfully starting the new year after its realignment. “We successfully participated in acquiring a partially completed biogas plant on behalf of a customer. The core task was carrying out the project due diligence and supporting the transaction until signing,” says Daniel Kellermann, Managing Director of greenValue GmbH, describing the scope of services. The biogas plant is located in Gordemitz, Saxony, near Leipzig. After completion, renewable raw materials and manure are fermented. The biogas produced is processed into biomethane and fed into the local gas network operator’s gas network.

greenValue was commissioned at the end of January 2020 to manage the project until structural completion and the first biomethane handover. “In close coordination with the owner, who has a nationwide portfolio of 27 biogas plants, the construction work is planned to be completed in 2020,” says Daniel Kellermann.
