Schwaig b. Nuremberg, August 22, 2019. greenValue, the information and consulting company based in Schwaig near Nuremberg, is realigning itself. Against the background of the successes in the project management and control business area, we will consistently use synergies that arise.
“GreenValue GmbH was recently awarded the contract to provide M&A services in the field of bioenergy,” explains Daniel Kellermann, greenValue Managing Director. “The scope of services includes the implementation of company valuations, participation in company transfers and the transfer of energy systems into an economic operation,” adds Kellermann.
In a new business area, greenValue GmbH plans to offer solutions to increase the efficiency of biogas plants. “Producing the same amount of energy with less substrate or generating more biogas with the same amount of substrate brings economic advantages to system operators,” explains Kellermann. Energy efficiency concepts are an appropriate step for economic stability, especially in poor harvest years and when substrate prices are rising.
Resources are necessary to implement the goals set. “In the future, as part of the realignment, we will no longer offer market overviews for green investments.” For the time being, however, interested investors can continue to find the neutral and independent overview of investments on the greenvalue.de portal.
