This year, we took our DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 audit beyond the conference room and directly to the source: our live projects. By leveraging our fully digitalized processes for the audit framework, we integrated a real, on-site tour of one of our active biogas plant projects.

Auditing the Process, Not Just the Paperwork

This hands-on approach allowed us to demonstrate in person how our Quality Management System is applied daily to manage complex projects. The audit specifically validated the recent integration of two key pillars into our system:

• Managing the risks and opportunities of climate change.
• The application of AI in our operations.

A Live Case Study On-Site at a Biogas Plant

The project we showcased is a perfect example of the application of our QMS. Our team is orchestrating the complete replacement of CHPs with a biogas upgrading unit. This includes coordinating the approval process and feedstock optimization. Furthermore, we take responsibility for the biomethane offtake and technical tendering. Our certified quality standards guide all measures.
