It was learned from some issuers that they are not initially planning any new closed public AIFs. However, numerous shareholdings are subject to transitional regulations and are still being placed. Investors can, therefore, \u201cWe will continue to invest in renewable energy and environmental projects such as solar and wind funds or sustainable real estate in the future,\u201d says Daniel Kellermann. \u201cAs of today, the investment volume of the 52 investments is around 3.9 billion euros. Of these, 32 offers are designed as GmbH &amp; Co. KG investments. A further 20 investments are offered as fixed-interest securities in the form of profit participation rights, bonds or as loans.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Green investments within the group of closed funds focus on financing sustainable real estate (around 39% of the fund volume) and wind and photovoltaic projects (cumulatively around 35% of the fund volume).
