Against the background of the successes in the project management and control business area, we will consistently use synergies that arise.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGreenValue GmbH was recently awarded the contract to provide M&amp;A services in the field of bioenergy,\u201d explains Daniel Kellermann, greenValue Managing Director. \u201cThe scope of services includes the implementation of company valuations, participation in company transfers and the transfer of energy systems into an economic operation,\u201d adds Kellermann.<\/p>\n<p>In a new business area, greenValue GmbH plans to offer solutions to increase the efficiency of biogas plants. \u201cProducing the same amount of energy with less substrate or generating more biogas with the same amount of substrate brings economic advantages to system operators,\u201d explains Kellermann.
